We take great pride in 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason, you're not satisfied with your purchase, we've outlined the following guidelines to help make your return a smooth and seamless experience:
Returns are accepted within 10 business days of delivery with a 25% restocking fee. For all buyer remorse returns, you will be responsible for return shipping cost to our warehouse/facility with proper Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) information. All items must be received into our warehouse packaged and unassembled in exact original salable condition in order for credit to be provided. Refunds will not be issued in full for items damaged in return shipping or returns that are never received, we highly recommend that you insure all return shipments and provide us with the shipment tracking number.

Unless your item is received damaged, or there was some error on our part, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
All items are shipped to you in the best possible packaging to ensure that you receive your purchase in excellent condition.
Upon receipt, please inspect the packaging and merchandise closely. If there is minor damage to the packaging, please note it on the Proof of Delivery (POD). Kindly provide a detailed description of the damage when you sign for your shipment. Ex. Minor tear in edges of packaging, tear in the center of packaging, etc.
Should you observe significant damage to the outer packaging, please open and inspect the merchandise while the driver is still present. Do not sign POD before you are sure that the merchandise arrived without damage. If the driver refuses to wait for inspection, please reject the shipment and have the carrier return it.
In the unlikely event that you find your product to be damaged upon opening it, please notify us via email at: email@example.com (within 48 hours of receiving).
Please supply proof of damage(s) or defect(s) with photographs of the outer packaging that the merchandise arrived in and the photos of the actual damage itself (min. 2).
If you receive a damaged item, Mandalay Home Furnishing Inc. will assist you in getting a replacement or refund as quickly as possible - at no cost to you.
