What kind of wood do you use for your products?

The majority of our products are made of  MDF or reclaimed wood.

Can the furniture split?

With Mandalay home Furnishings, we partially used solid wood through-out the products. Despite the fact that we kiln-dried our wood, since the products are produced in highly moisture climate, it tends to react to its new environment and shows the signs of seam splitting and panel shrinkings / movement.

Is Mandalay Home Furnishings' furniture distressed?

Some products have a little distressed look where, up-close, you may notice cracks within the wood; knots, indentations, and other superficial imperfections (e.g. filled nail holes). Nevertheless, majority of our product have more refined looks.

Where are your products manufactured?

Most of our products are made in China, but some are made-in Vietnam.

What is the lead time to order your products?

We stock most items in our catalog in our warehouse facilities in Garden Grove, CA. We can ship the in-stock items within a few days of receiving the order. If a particular product is out of stock, it usually takes about 1-2 weeks for us to refill the items.

What types of finishes do you offer?

We offer several different finishes that you can see on the finish page options of our online catalog. A specific product is only offered in specific finishes as listed on the finish option.
