All materials are source from plantations in Indonesia. Each of our products is unique due to the hand made and hand finishing process utilized in our production. As a result of these procedures, dimensions and finishes may slightly vary from one piece to another. In additions, due to the nature of import products, some minor splitting and warping may occur as a result of their adaptations to the new environment. Please be informed that these characteristics are not structural in nature.

Prior to shipping, we inspect each product at our Garden Grove, CA facility. If the product passes the inspection, it will be rewrapped with its original packaging to protect it from damages during transportation.
